Lauren Castillo brings over 10 years of experience in project management, data analysis, data driven decision making, and website design and development.  Lauren has worked with foundations, non-governmental organizations, research organizations and educational institutions in Costa Rica, Spain and across the United States. Lauren is passionate about digital marketing for businesses and organizations focused on creating positive social impact. 

In her previous position, Lauren used data analytics and marketing strategies to disseminate information for Durham Connects, a nurse home visiting program in Durham, NC dedicated to reducing child maltreatment and improving child and maternal health outcomes. In this role, she redesigned the existing website to optimize visibility for potential participants and practitioners. Lauren also served as a project manager and led the analytics coordination for the marketing department at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business. In this position, she managed monthly analytics reports, implemented tags for onsite custom event tracking and used data visualization tools to create reports for marketing leadership to maximize recruiting efforts. Lauren is currently pursuing her Masters in Business Administration at North Carolina State University.
