Daniela Ferraz has 16 years of experience in innovation and social transformation. She has dedicated her practice to regenerating critical social fabrics and enabling both people and social groups to flourish and thrive. This passion to support the development of people and groups has inspired Daniela in her work as a facilitator and designer of transformative social processes. She relies on sensitivity, depth and subtlety in her process design and implementation. Daniela creates innovative journeys, utilizing the Theory U process architecture as well as practices that integrate participants’ physical, affective, cognitive and relational dimensions. She has applied these approaches in the areas of education, sustainability, human development and integral health, among others.

Daniela has a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a PhD in Ecology, and was trained by the Presencing Institute in the Fundamentals of Theory U and in the Social Presencing Theater (SPT). As an authorized teacher of SPT, she teaches the basics program in Brazil, Latin America and Europe. She is also trained in levels 1, 2 and 3 of Deep Democracy (Lewis Method) and in Goethean phenomenology, focused on social processes. For four years, she worked at the Brazilian Ministry of the Environment as a member of the team that formulated public policy on environmental education. She participated in the design and implementation of public programs on sustainability, management, youth and training for environmental educators. In addition, in her past work with Reos Partners, she contributed to programs through which the Brazilian government partnered with other Portuguese-speaking and Latin America countries. Daniela is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
